Pudding Cups

Liz over at Say Yes to Hoboken posted about Bakerella's Pudding Cups.  How did I miss the original post?!  They look amazing!!  I'm filing these away for the next birthday party I throw.

I even think I can do a modified non-dairy version for me.  I just might have to attempt these this weekend just to see how they turn out!

Super cute! but my first thought is OMG, I'm allergic to latex, I would eat those and they would kill me! lol...

Haha, Adam had the same thought Kim! He has a brother allergic to latex. You'd definitely have to know your party guests in order to serve these!

You could definitely try a non-dairy version using this recipe for the pudding: http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Dairy-Free-Chocolate-Pudding/Detail.aspx
I like to make this recipe using vanilla almond milk--it's sooo good! My hubby is allergic to dairy (and soy) and I've been cooking/baking dairy-free for almost 4 years now. If you need recipe links, let me know!

Briye these things are awesome! I helped my friend Georgia make some in Portland. They were so yummmmm. Can we please make them together when you are back in Utah?
