Here is teeny tiny little Indie Lyn. She is only 5 lbs, but oh so cute. Meet Indie...
I can't tell you how happy I was to get to finally see little Indie Lyn. She has been long awaited and much anticipated and I'm so excited for Trey and Jami.

Baby Ava
And on a happier note, here are some pictures of sweet baby Ava. She is the granddaughter of one of my Mom's friends. We took a few pictures of her while I was in Pennsylvania. I forgot how little newborns are...even though she's not a very little newborn. She was almost 10 lbs. at birth and at 2 weeks was 11 lbs!
How gorgeous is Ava's mom, Ashtyn?

Baby Kaiden
Remember that baby shower we threw a few weeks ago for Sami? Well Sami had her baby boy on June 6th! He is the cutest, tiniest little guy. He really doesn't have an ounce of fat on him! Rilo was never that tiny (well, in the outside world anyway).
We decided to take some pictures for fun yesterday. Meet Kaiden Lawrence:
And my absolute favorite:
What a little cutie!!

Make Do & Mend
I've been on a sewing kick lately. I like the actual process of sewing just alright, but I LOVE the results. I love looking at something and knowing I actually made it myself. I made a dress for our little girl, one for my friend's baby (who is on her way as I type!), and I'm currently working on some Christmas projects for my nieces and nephews. Then I'll be moving on to the baby bedding...We'll see how that goes!? Here are some pics I took awhile back of the dresses.

Here is the pocket detail on the dress I made for our baby.
I just love the buttons and flutter sleeves on this dress. I think I want to make a dress with this pattern for us. It's adorable!
