Now I am wondering why I haven's been doing it all along! I am seriously going to look into it:) I had no idea that they came up with a better way to use cloth diapers, I thought they were still the safety pin ones!! It always seemed a little weird but I never hear anything bad about cloth, so someday... cloth it is! :)Charlottehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03954735015425590110noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5741642095216979753.post-36346848170037921762010-09-03T10:47:19.315-06:002010-09-03T10:47:19.315-06:00i'm so glad you are liking them! you didn'...i'm so glad you are liking them! you didn't say, have you chosen a brand yet? i am curious because i only used the bum genius - so let me know what you decide. i might get some different ones for this next little baby (but still use the other ones too). rilo is a sweetie! when are you guys coming back?Stacy Harthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08675712279595863397noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5741642095216979753.post-53942428247272136912010-09-03T09:50:47.616-06:002010-09-03T09:50:47.616-06:00I have been thinking about using cloth diapers. We are still using the diapers we got from the baby shower, so until we have to hash out the cash ourselves, we might just go the CD route.Diana Smithhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15922659789868004111noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5741642095216979753.post-63950552296592036872010-09-03T09:08:16.499-06:002010-09-03T09:08:16.499-06:00Oh my gosh i would so love to do CD with my baby g...Oh my gosh i would so love to do CD with my baby girl but we have no washer and dryer in our apartment. We don't even have hook ups. We wash once a week using Dan's parents washer and dryer every Sunday when we go over there for dinner. I wish we could be able to do cloth ones. Maybe with our next kiddo we will have washer and dryers and be able to save on diapers.Michelle Morganhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05306490497582544290noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5741642095216979753.post-72860272575833445812010-09-03T08:59:26.092-06:002010-09-03T08:59:26.092-06:00I love this post! The long-term cost savings and environment are my two biggest reasons, but the convienience is certainly a plus I hadn't thought of. We used 800diapers.com for discounted diapers but we spent thousands and I wish I had known earlier about cloth. We used cloth diapers on my brother and I'll never forget the horrible safety pins and rubber pants. Be sure to check out www.younghouselove.com with their tutorial of the easy installation of the toilet sprayer.Melissahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04736388275134642253noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5741642095216979753.post-65606188245677619382010-09-03T07:28:16.505-06:002010-09-03T07:28:16.505-06:00Thanks for this post! Since he is our second (and last) child, we have been selling off our used diapers as he outgrows them. He was a preemie so, he didn't fit into the onesize diapers for a few months. Anyway, I have been able to get at least 50% back from selling the diapers....makes it even more cost effective!Jen @ Letsmakeitourshttp://www.letsmakeitours.comnoreply@blogger.com
